Player to Player Transfers
The minimum transfer amount is $5.00. Unless otherwise stated, you may transfer a maximum of $200 per day and $2000 per week.
Please keep in mind that non depositing players are not entitled to transfer any funds to another player. Their play will come under special scrutiny when they attempt to cash out as well as the receiving player(s). For more information, please see Rules.
Reversing a Cashout
You may reverse a cashout any time when it is in "pending" status. Simply click on CASHIER and then on REVERSE WITHDRAWALS to gain access to your chips once more. Please keep in mind that reversed cashouts do not qualify for bonuses. Reverse your cashout whenever you get that lucky feeling coming on and rack up those chips!

We will always first credit back your withdrawal in the method that you deposited unless you have deposited by credit/debit cards.
If you made a deposit to your account via a credit/debit card, you must have an updated Secure Banking Form on file. We recommend that you send all documentation ahead of time in order to expedite your cash in. Payment processing depends on the method in which you requested your cash out. You may reverse your cash out request while it is in "Pending" to continue enjoying yourself at the tables.
The maximum withdrawal amount varies according to the Player Status.
Payouts take 2 - 5 business days depending on the withdrawal method and the individual Player Status.
Ewallet credits that are greater than the amount purchased will be applied within 72 hours. Please allow 48 hours from your last deposit before requesting to cash out. In special cases, additional information may be required before a cashout is processed.
Payments are issued during standard accounting hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 6 pm. Once your payout is approved, you may still change the payment method or reverse funds back into your account up until right before the funds are issued.
